General questions about use
The product ID can be found on the sticker on the bottom of the device or on the back of the air purifier.
A "zapping" sound similar to an electric mosquito zapper may occasionally occur 1-3 times per day. This is normal operation of the electric curtain system that zaps large dust particles that pass through into the device. If you hear repeated zapping sounds or a buzzing noise, there may be dust or pathogen residue stuck on the wires of the electric curtain.
First aid solution: Use a dry sponge to clean the top and bottom of the wire frame, then reassemble the machine and turn it on again.

The -C- symbol is a warning signal for the user to clean the filter layer. Due to excessive dust accumulation inside the dust box and the silicone rubber area, a full cleaning of the machine is required.
I cleaned it, but why is there still a -C- symbol?
For the Pro version, you can reset it via the application or remote control.
You can reset the device yourself by following these steps:
- Turn off the device and unplug the charger.
- Check the operating mode under the machine. If it is in A mode, move the switch to M.
- Plug in the charging cable and hold down the right control button for 10 seconds.
- Two status lights will light up, top (pink or red-white) and bottom (green).
- Let the device reset for about 3-5 minutes.
When the status light on top turns off and only the green light remains, the reset is complete.

First, try cleaning the air quality sensor by:
- Turn off the device, unplug it, and let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
- Open the back cover of the device. The sensor is located in a small square slot.
- Use a cotton swab moistened with alcohol to wipe the inside of the lens and around the sensor.
- Wait for it to dry completely for 5-10 minutes.
- Wait for it to dry completely for 5-10 minutes.
The Airdog sensor system measures air quality in real time, so the values are updated all the time. This is considered normal operation of the machine.
The black stains around the machine are electrically charged dust that is drawn from the air by the TPA (Electrostatic) system. This works like a magnet. It is not a malfunction of the machine and does not affect your health.

If the device gets wet, dry it in the sun until it is completely dry before testing it. If there is no abnormal sound, it can be used normally.
You can use dishwashing liquid or a mild acidic-alkaline detergent mixed with water and soak the filter for 10-15 minutes, then wash as usual.
Since the blades cannot be removed by yourself, you should try turning the machine upside down and using a small object to pry them out. If you cannot do this, you should contact a technician.
